Most projects are scheduled as dedicated visits so the work can be done properly and on time. Membership customers receive scheduling priority.

Dedicated Project Visits
Most add-on work is scheduled as a separate visit so we can do it right without disrupting mowing routes.
Minimum Service Rates
Some smaller jobs have minimum charges to cover travel, setup, and labor. Pricing is confirmed before scheduling.
Reserved Time & Payment
Project time is reserved in advance. Once a charge is processed, that time is non-refundable.
We may use a $1 authorization to verify the card before larger jobs.
Project pricing reflects reserved route time, travel, setup, and complete service standards.

Mulch Installation
Fresh mulch installs with clean edges and a finished look. Bed prep options may include weeding, debris removal, and edge touch-up before mulch is installed.
Bed Cleanouts & Seasonal Cleanups
Weeding, debris removal, dead growth cleanup, leaf cleanup, and seasonal reset work before mulch, before listing photos, or after winter buildup.
Gutter Cleaning
Hand-cleaned gutters and downspouts to help prevent clogs and drainage issues. Scheduled as a dedicated service visit.
Shrub Trimming & Low-Limb Cleanup
Shrub shaping, cleanup trimming, and low-limb clearing for a neater appearance and better access. Larger trimming work is available by quote.
Turf Health & Seasonal Services
Fertilization & Lawn Treatments
Seasonal applications may be available depending on route timing and scheduling. Included for Property Care Membership customers.
Aeration & Overseeding
Scheduled seasonally in spring or fall based on weather windows and route timing. Great for compacted soil and thinning turf.
Snow Removal
Driveway and walkway clearing during winter storms. Seasonal availability is limited and members receive priority.
Problem-Solver Services
Overgrowth / Yard Recovery
If a lawn has missed service or become overgrown, a recovery cut or reset visit may be required before standard maintenance can resume.
Recovery work is quoted based on conditions and time required.
Light Storm Limb Pickup
Light limb pickups after storms, with larger debris removal and haul-offs available by quote.
Mole Trapping
Trap setup with periodic checks and per-mole removal. We confirm active runs, place traps for the best chance of success, and provide updates as checks are completed.
Pets and children should be kept away from trap areas.
