Service Terms & Membership Agreement
These terms explain how Anytime-Mow LLC (“Anytime-Mow,” “we,” or “us”) schedules service, bills customers, and manages route capacity. By enrolling in a membership, requesting work, or submitting payment information, you agree to the terms below.
Pricing is published separately. These terms govern service structure, billing authorization, cancellations, and service conditions.
Core Scheduling & Billing Rules
Membership-First, Route-Based Service
Anytime-Mow operates on a membership-first, route-based model. Active memberships receive priority scheduling and reserved capacity. Non-membership services (including pay-per-visit) are scheduled only when route availability allows.
Service Continuity
Service continues only while payments remain current and a valid payment method is on file. Failed or declined payments may result in paused service until the account is brought current.
Managed Mowing Membership (Seasonal)
Structure
- Seasonal membership for weekly route-based mowing
- Service season runs April 1 – October 31
- Monthly billing in advance (billed on the 1st)
- Reserved route placement while membership is active
Service timing may flex slightly due to weather and growth conditions. Our goal is consistent maintenance, not unnecessary cutting.
Billing, Changes & Cancellation
- Monthly membership charges reserve route capacity and seasonal planning
- Mid-month enrollment may be prorated at signup for the remainder of that month
- Membership charges are non-refundable once processed
- Cancellation stops future billing only (no refunds for prior charges)
- Service may be paused for non-payment or repeated failed charges
Customers are paying for reserved route placement, travel, scheduling, and ongoing management — not the exact amount of grass cut on any single visit.
Property Care Membership (Year-Round)
Structure
- 12-month membership term from enrollment
- Billed monthly in advance on the 1st (or paid in full at enrollment)
- Reserved annual service capacity and priority route placement
- Services delivered seasonally based on professional timing and conditions
Property Care is designed to eliminate one-off scheduling and provide proactive year-round exterior maintenance.
Early Termination
- Property Care is a 12-month membership agreement
- Early cancellation is permitted with a $300 early termination fee
- All processed charges are non-refundable
- Service continues only while the account remains current
Enhancements and major material installs (mulch, renovations, drainage work, large landscape projects) are quoted separately unless explicitly included in writing.
Payment Authorization & Disputes
Authorization to Charge
By enrolling in a membership or submitting payment information, the customer authorizes Anytime-Mow LLC to charge the card on file for one-time and/or recurring charges according to the selected service plan and any approved add-ons.
A card on file is required for all ongoing services. Some enrollments may include a small authorization charge to verify the payment method.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals do not cancel contractual obligations and do not entitle the customer to refunds for services rendered, route capacity reserved, or seasonal planning performed.
Customers agree to contact Anytime-Mow first to resolve billing concerns prior to initiating a dispute.
Limited Pay-Per-Visit Mowing
Availability & Scheduling
- Offered only when route capacity allows
- No reserved service day or frequency
- May be skipped during weather or high-volume periods
- May be paused at any time when membership routes reach capacity
Billing Behavior
- Valid card on file required
- Payment processed after completed service
- Failed payments suspend future service until resolved
- Recovery or failed-payment fees may apply
Pay-per-visit service does not reserve route placement and is not guaranteed. Membership customers receive priority scheduling.
Overgrowth, Skipped Service & Recovery Fees
When Additional Charges May Apply
- Missed service due to non-payment
- Customer-requested skips or delays
- Extended growth caused by access issues or customer restrictions
- Properties requiring additional time, equipment, or cleanup
Important Clarification
Grass growth does not pause due to billing issues or skipped service. If a property requires additional labor to restore serviceable conditions, additional charges may apply and/or a required recovery visit may be scheduled.
General Terms (All Services)
Access & Safety
- Safe, unobstructed access required on service days
- Gates unlocked and pets secured
- Unsafe or inaccessible properties may be skipped without credit
- Customer is responsible for securing pets and removing hazards (toys, debris, etc.)
Agreement & Liability
- Weather delays do not qualify for refunds or credits
- Not responsible for unmarked utilities or pre-existing conditions
- Liability limited to the value of services provided
- Payment or service request confirms acceptance of these terms
These terms represent the complete service agreement for Anytime-Mow LLC and supersede all prior discussions.
