These terms explain how Anytime-Mow LLC schedules service, handles billing, and completes mowing, landscaping, and exterior property projects.
By requesting service, approving a quote, or submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.
Lawn Mowing Service
Weekly Mowing
Weekly mowing is recommended during periods of active growth and for properties that need a consistently maintained appearance.
Bi-Weekly Mowing
Bi-weekly mowing is available for lawns that can reasonably be maintained every other week.
Additional charges may apply if excessive grass growth requires extra time or labor.
What Is Included
Standard recurring mowing includes mowing maintained lawn areas, trimming around obstacles, edging where applicable, and blowing grass clippings from hard surfaces.
Scheduling
Route-Based Scheduling
Service is scheduled by route to keep travel efficient and provide dependable recurring service.
Service Days
A typical service day may be provided, but exact dates and arrival times are not guaranteed.
Weather, route conditions, holidays, and seasonal workload may occasionally shift the schedule.
Weather Delays
Rain, saturated ground, storms, extreme heat, and other unsafe conditions may delay service.
Routes resume as soon as conditions reasonably allow.
Billing & Payment
Invoice After Service
An invoice is sent after completed service with secure online payment options.
Cash Payment
Cash payment is also accepted at the time of service.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance.
Past Due Accounts
Recurring service may be paused or discontinued if invoices remain unpaid.
Outstanding balances must be resolved before additional service is scheduled.
Overgrowth & Lawn Conditions
- Overgrown lawns may require additional charges
- Bi-weekly lawns may require an overgrowth charge during periods of rapid growth
- Initial cleanup or recovery work may be required before recurring mowing begins
- Excessive weeds, debris, or neglected growth may require additional service
- Additional pricing is based on the time, equipment, and labor required
Landscaping & Project Work
Project Quotes
Landscaping, decorative rock, mulch, trimming, cleanup, gravel, drainage, and exterior property projects are quoted based on the scope of work.
Materials
Material costs are included in the quote when applicable. Changes to the requested materials or project scope may require revised pricing.
Project Scheduling
Larger projects are scheduled as dedicated visits based on weather, material availability, and current workload.
Deposits
Some larger projects may require a deposit before materials are purchased or project time is reserved.
Access & Property Conditions
- Gates must be unlocked during the expected service window
- Pets must be secured before service begins
- Yards must be reasonably free of toys, hoses, furniture, debris, and other obstacles
- Pet waste should be removed before mowing service
- Unsafe or inaccessible areas may be skipped
- Additional charges may apply if access issues or property conditions create extra work
Utilities, Hazards & Existing Conditions
Customers are responsible for identifying unmarked utilities, irrigation components, landscape lighting, cables, drainage lines, hidden objects, and other concealed hazards.
Anytime-Mow LLC is not responsible for damage caused by objects or conditions that are hidden, unmarked, improperly installed, or not reasonably visible during normal service.
Changes, Pauses & Cancellations
- Contact Anytime-Mow as soon as possible if you need to pause or cancel recurring service
- Skipped mowing visits may lead to additional charges if the lawn becomes overgrown
- Project changes requested after work begins may require additional pricing
- Service may be discontinued due to unpaid balances, unsafe conditions, repeated access issues, or properties outside an efficient route area
General Terms
- Quotes are based on the visible condition of the property and the requested scope of work
- Additional work outside the approved quote requires additional pricing
- Service availability depends on route capacity, weather, materials, and current workload
- Requesting service, approving a quote, or submitting payment confirms acceptance of these terms
