Service Terms & Membership Agreement

These terms explain how Anytime-Mow LLC (“Anytime-Mow,” “we,” or “us”) schedules service, bills customers, and manages route capacity. By enrolling in service, requesting work, or submitting payment, you agree to the terms below.

Pricing is published separately. These terms govern service structure, billing authorization, and service conditions.

Core Scheduling & Billing Rules

Subscription-First Model

Anytime-Mow operates on a subscription-first, route-based model. Active Managed Mowing Memberships receive reserved placement on weekly routes. Non-membership services are scheduled only when route capacity allows.

Service Continuity

Service continues only while payments remain current. Failed or declined payments may result in paused or discontinued service until the account is brought current.

Managed Mowing Membership (Weekly)

Structure

  • Seasonal weekly mowing subscription
  • Service runs April 1 – October 31
  • Reserved placement on a weekly mowing route
  • Automatic monthly billing on the 1st

Billing & Cancellation

  • Billing begins based on enrollment timing
  • Monthly charges are not per-visit fees
  • No refunds for partial months or unused service
  • Cancellation stops future billing only

Monthly pricing reflects seasonal planning and reserved route placement, not individual mowing visits.

Charge Authorization & Disputes

Authorization to Charge

By enrolling in a subscription or submitting payment information, the customer authorizes Anytime-Mow LLC to charge the card on file for one-time or recurring charges according to the selected service plan.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals do not cancel contractual obligations or entitle the customer to refunds for services rendered, route placement reserved, or seasonal planning performed.

Service availability and route placement constitute delivered value regardless of weather delays or temporary skips.

Limited Pay-Per-Cut Mowing

Availability & Scheduling

  • Offered only when route capacity allows
  • No reserved service day or time
  • First to be skipped during weather or high-volume periods

Billing Behavior

  • Valid card on file required
  • Payment processed after completed service
  • Failed payments suspend future service
  • Recovery or failed-payment fees may apply

Pay-per-cut service is not a membership and does not reserve route placement. Availability may be limited or paused at any time.

Overgrowth, Skipped Service & Recovery Fees

When Additional Charges May Apply

  • Missed service due to non-payment
  • Customer-requested skips or delays
  • Extended growth caused by weather or access issues
  • Properties requiring additional time or equipment

Important Clarification

Grass growth does not pause due to billing issues or skipped service. Additional labor required to restore serviceable conditions may result in added charges or a required recovery visit.

General Terms (All Services)

Access & Safety

  • Safe, unobstructed access required on service days
  • Gates unlocked and pets secured
  • Unsafe or inaccessible properties may be skipped without credit

Agreement & Liability

  • Weather delays do not qualify for refunds or credits
  • Not responsible for unmarked utilities or pre-existing conditions
  • Liability limited to the value of services provided
  • Payment or service request confirms acceptance of these terms

These terms represent the complete service agreement for Anytime-Mow LLC and supersede all prior discussions.
