These terms explain how Anytime-Mow LLC schedules service, handles billing, and maintains route efficiency. By requesting service, you agree to the terms below.
How Our Service Works
Route-Based Scheduling
Service is scheduled based on route efficiency, growth, weather, and lawn conditions — not fixed weekly or bi-weekly calendar dates.
Managed Mowing
Lawns are monitored weekly and serviced as needed throughout the growing season to avoid excessive overgrowth and maintain healthier lawn conditions.
Automatic Service Flow
Once your property is active on the route, mowing continues automatically as needed. There is no need to request each visit.
Billing & Payment
Invoice After Service
Invoices are sent after completed service with online payment options available.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Past Due Accounts
Accounts unpaid after 7 days may be removed from the route until balances are resolved.
Service Availability
Limited Capacity
Service availability depends on route capacity and service area efficiency.
No Guaranteed Day
Specific service days are not guaranteed. Scheduling adjusts based on route flow, weather, and growth conditions.
Weather Delays
Rain and weather conditions may delay service. Routes resume as soon as conditions safely allow.
Overgrowth & Lawn Conditions
- Overgrown lawns may require additional charges
- Delayed or skipped service may result in heavier growth and additional labor
- Initial cleanup or recovery work may be required before standard mowing can begin
- Lawns heavily impacted by weeds may require fertilizer and weed control services
Grass and weeds continue growing whether service is performed or not. Additional labor may be required to return the property to a manageable condition.
Access & Property Conditions
- Gates must be unlocked during service windows
- Pets must be secured
- Yards must be free of hazards and obstacles
- Unsafe or inaccessible properties may be skipped
General Terms
- Weather delays do not qualify for refunds
- Anytime-Mow LLC is not responsible for unmarked utilities, hidden objects, or concealed hazards
- Liability is limited to the value of services provided
- Requesting service or submitting payment confirms acceptance of these terms
