How Our Service Works
Route-Based Scheduling
Service is scheduled based on route efficiency, not a fixed weekly or bi-weekly day. Properties are serviced when they need it based on growth and seasonal conditions.
Mowing Based on Growth
Lawns are cut when needed — not just to meet a calendar date. Timing may vary depending on weather, growth rate, and workload.
Automatic Service Flow
Once your property is active, service runs automatically as needed. There is no need to request each visit.
Billing & Payment
Card on File Required
A valid payment method is required for all ongoing services.
Per-Visit Billing
Services are charged after each completed visit.
Failed Payments
Failed or declined payments may pause service until resolved.
Service Availability
Limited Capacity
Service availability depends on route capacity in your area.
No Guaranteed Day
We do not guarantee a specific day of service.
Weather Delays
Weather may shift scheduling. Service resumes as soon as conditions allow.
Overgrowth & Additional Charges
- Overgrown lawns may require additional charges
- Missed service due to access or payment issues may result in heavier growth
- Initial cleanup or recovery work may be required before standard service
Grass continues to grow whether service is performed or not. Additional labor may be required to return the property to a maintainable condition.
Access & Property Conditions
- Gates must be unlocked
- Pets must be secured
- Yard must be free of obstacles and hazards
- Unsafe or inaccessible properties may be skipped
General Terms
- Weather delays do not qualify for refunds
- Not responsible for unmarked utilities or hidden obstacles
- Liability limited to value of services provided
- Payment or service request confirms acceptance of these terms
